My rates are as follows:

• 1 hour bodywork session: $110

• 1 1/2 hour bodywork session: $160

• 2 hour session: $195

• Series packages: four hour sessions: $400 * four 90 minute sessions: $600 * four 2 hour sessions: $740

• Chi Nei Tsang session: $85

• *just* skull, face, jaw, neck and shoulders: $100 for an hour
  • Excellent for focus on releasing deeper tension, for people with chronic TMJ (temporo-mandibular joint) issues, or people who are recovering from mastectomies/top surgery and may not be be able to stretch out the upper body during the healing process.

I offer discounted 2 hour sessions to encourage and make more affordable longer sessions, recommended for people who do heavy physical work or regular body-based practices, or for anyone in order to have time for deeper layers of unwinding and integration.

A sliding scale is available based on need. If my work is a good match for you, we can figure out a price and timeline for payment that feels manageable.
